•  The dusting of walls, vents, ceiling fans, light fixtures, blinds, windowsills, shelves, furniture, trinkets, baseboards, and outlets

• Cleaning glass surfaces, mirrors (interior windows within reach), light fixtures, doors, door frames, light switches, walls (depends on paint), bathroom/ kitchen cabinets (exterior/ interior upon request), backsplash, behind and top of appliances (if the appliance can be pulled out (No moving of large, bulky appliances) appliances (interior/exterior of refrigerator/dishwasher (if empty), oven, microwave) exterior of small appliances, baseboards

•   Remove dust, soap scum, germs, and mildew/mold from Bathroom and kitchen area

•  Tidying/making beds

• Polishing of furniture

• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping all floors including closet

ROUTINE CLEAN

• General dusting of rooms (windowsills, doors, vents, door/window frames, surfaces)

• Basic tidying of rooms/areas

• Clean and disinfect of bathroom (toilets, sinks, shower/tub, countertop) Kitchen (countertops, sinks, small appliance on countertop, (exterior), large appliances (exterior of refrigerator, dishwasher, oven) Microwave (interior/exterior), exterior of cabinets

• Load dishwasher (one load per clean) (no handwashing dishes)

• Tidy beds

• Empty wastebaskets/trash

• Floor (sweep, mop, vacuum) 

RENTAL/ AIRBNB

• Basic dusting (ceiling fans, doors, baseboards, vents, television, surfaces, furniture)

• Basic tidying of rooms/areas (refresh linen, fluff pillows)

• Check for property damage, left personal items

• Disinfect remotes, light switches,

• Clean and disinfect of bathroom (toilets, sinks, shower, countertop) Kitchen (countertops, sinks, small appliance(exterior), large appliances (exterior/interior of refrigerator, oven) Microwave (interior/exterior)

• Discard all leftover items (refrigerator, general items)

• Load dishwasher /clean dishes

• Change Linen

• Gather used linen (sheets, towels, comforters, mattress covers, blankets, pillows)

• Replenish supplies (toiletries, kitchen items, cleaning items, linen)

• Empty wastebaskets/trash

• Floor (sweep, mop, vacuum)

• Sweep/ clean (entry, porch, patio, patio furniture)
